There is now! Winmo is integrating data from branded content leader Contalto to show category trends, as well as help you surface brands spending in sponsored articles or social posts.

How does it work?

If sponsored articles or content have been detected in the last 12 months, this content as well as creative samples will display on the corresponding Winmo brand profile. Let's use Lexus as an example.

Note the new option for Branded Content available amid the shortcuts at the top of the page. By clicking there you'll zoom down to the bottom of the profile for the new Branded Content section. Here you'll see how many units of Branded Content Lexus has run over the past 12 months (via web and social), as well as how many industry competitors have been active in Branded Content over the same time frame. Finally, scroll down to see examples of what these units looked like and where, specifically, they appeared.

Branded Content even appears on brand profiles where the advertiser in question didn't spend on sponsored articles or posts. In the case of Red Bull, for example, Contalto didn't see any content within our 12 month time frame. In those cases our integration will instead show activity over the corresponding category as a whole. This includes top advertisers, top storytelling themes, and of course, those valuable creative examples.

Methodology: Contalto crawls 200+ leading publishers to detect sponsored brand content as well as social posts. This data is tagged and catalogued in Contalto, and fed through to Winmo profiles.
