Let's say you have a list of your top prospects, but maybe they all don't share the same territory, or category, or social demography, or any other easily searchable filter on Winmo's Advanced Search. But you still want to be able to group them together and export the full list off the site whenever you like. Now you can via our Key Acccounts feature!
You can identify Key Accounts on Winmo in a couple of different ways. Here's the easiest way to think about it:
Option 1: Identify Key Accounts One at a Time
If you want to group Key Accounts as you come across them on the site the easiest way to do that is via the prospect's profile page. On any profile page look to the top right. Right under Alerts you should now see the ability to designate that company as a Key Account.
Option 2: Identify Key Accounts in Bulk
If you want to grab a larger list of Key Accounts all at once you can do that directly from Search results. Anytime you have a list of Companies, Brands, or Agencies in a set of Search results you can scroll down to the bottom of that list and see a red Options button. Use that functionality to put all results into a Key Account list or use the check boxes in the search results to pick and choose who should be added.
Once you're ready to add a Key Account a small popup will appear. Folks who have used Contact Lists in the past will see a very similar interface, but just in case it's new to you, you can use this to either add the prospect to an existing Key Account list or create one from scratch.
Once you've created your Key Account list(s) you can view, edit, or export by clicking My Lists > Key Accounts on the left hand task bar.
