Thanks to the expanded monitoring detailed above, brand profiles with media spend have increased 86%, while Company profiles with media spend increased 126%. This ensures searches by media type yield the maximum results for your prospecting needs.


Recency:

You’ll receive the most recent 12 months available. While Winmo’s prior spend figures were reported several months or even quarters in arrears, Winmo’s enhanced media spend will show estimates for a given month as quickly as 30-60 days from that month. That timeframe now corresponds to estimates provided by other sources in Winmo such as podcast insights.


Note that the three year historical window previously provided is no longer supported.


What is the methodology behind these figures?

Media spend figures are derived using a proprietary formula to determine the value of each unit collected, the correct attribution to the correct advertiser, and then the volume of units. Add it all together and you have the spending estimates for each brand you see on Winmo.


The key word there is estimate. Like all tracking services, this does omit any deals that the tracking service cannot know about.
