Winmo is proud to announce the rollout of a new personality insights feature! With personality insights, you'll know how to communicate with a prospect to get their attention in just 15 seconds flat. Learn what language they're likely to respond to - even which words to use in email - for effective outreach that strikes the right chord. Personality insights are tremendously powerful for providing valuable communication tips to personalize your outreach, build trust, and write the perfect sales email (especially when reaching out for the first time!).


Where: Click on any individual contact to view their personality insights and communications tips.


Quick Breakdown:


Easily identify what your buyer's centric personality traits are (Optimistic, Curious, Cautious, Analytical, etc.) and how they tend to navigate the sales process with a quick breakdown in the top left of the feature.


DISC and OCEAN profiles:


DISC and OCEAN profiles on the right of the feature offer a scientific analysis of a prospect's personality type, their preferred communication styles, and their general behaviors.


Communication Tips:


Explore the tabs on the left of a contact's profile to reveal quick tips for communicating with your prospect, what to say (and not to say) over email, the best words to use, how to build trust when selling, key traits, and more.
