Exporting to Salesforce & Dynamics
Previously we had always defaulted to "Lead" as the pre-set value whenever our users chose to export contacts to Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. Great for people who wanted it that way, not so great if not. To make life easier for everyone we've added the ability to set a preference on your profile so the default setting moving forward will make the most sense for you.
You can edit your default by clicking on your name at the top right side of any Winmo page, then choose My Account > User Settings. See below.
Saving You a Click
The next time you view a profile on Winmo check out the table of contacts. Notice anything different?
If you answered "emails are now front and center" then you're a winner! You'll still be able to get the full information for any contact by clicking on them (recommended especially if you are encountering them for the first time) but if all you need is the email you'll be able to grab it right from the profile page. Hopefully this'll save a click or two!
