Absolutely! Here's a quick run-down for each:


Share Contact Lists


To do this, click My Lists > Contact Lists on the left hand task bar. What you should see next are all your saved lists. From here, simply toggle "Share" on the right side of the page for any list the full team should see. Choose Just Me, Shared with Team, or Shared with Team (Read Only) and you're done.




Share Saved Searches


A very similar process! Instead of Contact Lists, look a few more options down on the task bar until you see Saved Searches. Once you click there the next page will display all currently saved searches (noticing a trend here). Now repeat the same process as above and choose which searches are set to be Shared with Team or visible to Just Me.


Bonus: you also have the ability to set searches to Shared with Team when saving at first!
